  • Why did you choose UM?

    I chose the University of Miami because of the endless opportunities to be involved in research, clinical settings, and to learn from outstanding faculty.

  • What is your favorite part of the program?

    My favorite part of the MPH program is the never-ending availability of opportunities provided by UM. Research, fellowship, grants, etc. All you have to do is think of your dream; and UM will help you make it happen. I cannot say that this is true elsewhere.

  • What are your career or public health interests?

    I am very passionate about women’s health, particularly issues related to reproductive health, maternal health outcomes, and health disparities affecting women. I plan to attend medical school after finishing my masters!

  • What is your hometown or country/state?

    East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

  • Favorite thing about UM or Miami?

    The best part about Miami is that you will never be bored! There is always a farmer's market, beach, or event waiting for you.
