Doctoral Degrees

The Ph.D. in Biostatistics is offered through the Division of Biostatistics in the Department of Public Health Sciences at the Miller School of Medicine and provides a flexible curriculum to cover the basics in biostatistics. 

The Ph.D. in Epidemiology is a research-focused degree where students are given the skills necessary to approach health problems to generate consequential research questions and use appropriate epidemiologic methods to address them. 


The Ph.D. in Prevention Science and Community Health prepares students with the expertise and interdisciplinary background to contribute to the 21st-century prevention and community health research.
