I've lived in Miami my whole life, and I love how diverse we are.
The professors, I've been very surprised how close knit we all are.
I knew I wanted to contribute to healthcare but I wasn't sure how, and the MPH has given me the opportunity to explore different areas of medicine like research.
The One Stop Shop is great! Also, Katelyn is amazing and she answers all my questions!
When I was looking at different programs, I was left unsure if I wanted to stay in Miami or not. But, I just love how diverse our people are and yet still inclusive.
I am Vice President of ESHA and also a member of PHSA.
I plan on going to Physician Assistant school after completing my MPH.
How crucial support is, especially from family and close ones. Not everyone understands what a huge time commitment this is.
I strive to eat healthy everyday and walk at least a mile everyday.

UM offers so many opportunities to learn and grow especially in regards to career development and I would suggest to take advantage of them as much as possible. I would also suggest that there will be ups and downs, but keep moving forward because the reward is waiting for you at the finish line.
I've been playing golf since I was 4 years old. I ran cross country for 5 years.
